The tree of Ari promises anyone who comes under its shade, wisdom. It gree from a stray seed in a distant village of Karnali near Bikaner. No one knew from where the seed flew in from, for thr region did not have local vegetation.
The tree is still there.
Had been for a thousand years.
Welcoming travelers under its shade to rest.
The one who sits under the tree realizes the true meaning of life. Many residents of Karnali are travelers who never went back. Because to them, all meaning to their old lives was lost.
And they are now on a path seeking truth.
